Gorgeous and dreamy. :) You have such a beautiful style and I love how clear it is which is Hugo and which is Ron, and also that they are father and son.

They are very, very similar here... I need to put some Hermione in there - it's difficult! But thanks =) I'm really enjoying drawing Hugo, I feel I'm free to take more liberties for some reason.

I love him. That's exactly how I imagine Hugo, kind of a rebel. The Tatoos and, omg is that a piercing in the second?!

Aww You have no idea how happy I am people respond to the way I did Hugo. I've been really into next gen lately. I imagine Hugo being a bit of a teenage rebel too, giving Hermione some heartaches in his youth (Yes - that is a piercing indeed!) Hehe I always mace up back stories in my mind when I draw...

That's exactly why it's difficult to draw Ron! People have their own idea of how he looks, that's why I never do a full on portrait of him. His face is always half hidden by something... :) But I'm glad you like the other pieces!

Both characters are unique and individual and yet they are undeniably father and son.
I really like the atmosphere and mood you've created in all three pieces. It's a quiet and calm solitude that allows a complete focus on the figures of the characters themselves. I think the way the rest of the image fades away slightly, and the characters really stand out, intensifies that atmosphere.
Your Hugo is great. The tattoos are a great idea, they are very real looking. I also like the fact that in all three images their eyes are closed, it's quite serene and yet there are underlying emotions featuring strongly in each image. I see something else each time I look at them!

I learn something new about my art in every one of your reviews. Thank you. I'm glad the tattoos didn't put people off. I felt freer drawing Hugo because he hasn't been described as much, and we know very little about their life afterwards. It was a lot of fun trying to visualize him. Thanks again.

And I know this sounds weird, but I'm amazed with your style - usually it's cool to see digital art that looks hand-done, but this looks eerily digitaly. What I mean is, I could never do this kind of thing with real art supplies. *applauds* /ramble

I think I use a lot of digital tricks only because I'm a bit lazy I have to admit. Or at least it goes much quicker (and it hides you mistakes better) But I'm definitely too heavy on the filters...

I'm late to the party, but I still want to say just how gorgeous this is. I especially like the last one with his hand in his hair. The whole posture, the way the background blends, the colours, the facial features... It's so beautiful and unique.
